Our goal is to provide accurate and timely information to our commercial customers to help with planning purposes. This includes key metrics such as deck space utilization, commercial waitlists at the terminals, and the actual arrival and departure times of our vessels.

We recognize the importance of these metrics along with providing our customers 24/7 access to information. To make this a reality, we are linking our data systems to our website, providing information directly to our customers whenever it is needed. The first release will focus on detailed traffic information and the deck space utilization on each crossing. As we move through the months ahead, we will introduce additional releases that include up-to-date commercial waitlists at each terminal.

All of this information will be accessible through our website for historical search purposes. During our transition phase, we will continue sending an adjusted daily operational report email to customers. This daily operational report email will be phased out once all of the relevant information has transitioned to the website.

How will customers access this information?

The new features to our website will be accessible by visiting and navigating through the menu. As new releases are completed, new menu options will be available. The website is compatible with desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

How do customers currently access this information?

Currently, high-level information is available for commercial customers who have joined an opt-in email group in the Daily Operations Report. The new electronic features on our website will provide more information than the current manual process.

Will the Daily Operational Report continue to be sent to customers?

The Daily Operational Report will continue in an amended format, focusing on the lot status, live units, and future sailings. Information regarding current arrivals/departures and sailing details can be found on As additional releases are ready, information on the Daily Operational Report will be reduced until it is eventually phased out.

Will customers get an email notification?

Currently, opt-in notification and alert features are not included in the first release. These features are being explored for future innovations.
