Machinist (Heavy Duty Mechanic) Term

Marine Atlantic is currently accepting applications for a Machinist (Heavy Duty Mechanic) to work with our Facilities Management Department in Port aux Basques, NL for a six (6) month term.

Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Supervisor, Machinists will perform tasks to sustain the terminal onshore preventative maintenance program as outlined in the preventative maintenance job plans, ensuring minimum down time with a cost-effective approach to vessel schedules and operational requirements whether planned or unplanned.
